Just got my Stelvio grill, in time for a dinner with eight of us. It worked wonderfully, and made for a true event instead of the usual meal. We mixed it up a bit with beef, chicken on skewers, and shrimp, mushrooms, baby potatoes, and some other veggies. The cheese was delicious and became crispy on the edges after it broiled for a few minutes. Yum! Clean-up was a breeze. Can't wait to use it again!

We tried raclette in a restaurant, then purchased this Swissmar model because we wanted to enjoy it at home. Since it's arrived, we have already used it several times. We even used it to make an amazing holiday brunch! Everyone was able to prepare what they liked in thier own style. It is a very festive item and we plan to use it often over the holidays. Ever since I had raclette at a restaurant in Switzerland, I was looking for a way to re-create that delicious meal at home. I was delighted that you can find raclette grills, and shopped around comparing what was available. I am so glad that I chose the Swissmar Stelvio model. This is not only really nice looking, but really easy to use and made super well. Definitely worth every penny I spent on it including the shipping!
