I eat a lot of fondue. The plus with the Nova Cheese Fondue pot is the way it forms this nice light crust; easy to scrape up and very tasty. The down side is the 2 pot need (one to cook the cheese in and second, the Nova pot to serve the cheese). Do I think it is worth it? Yes.

Nice looking, but fondue must be made on stove in separate pot and then placed in this one for warming on the table. Also, the pot is not exposed to direct flame. Still, the cheese develops a nice crust on the bottom of the pot, as it should.
